Answers to the most common questions

According to our terms and conditions, if you cancel before 1st of June you're entitled to a full refund, no questions asked. All refund requests after that date will be rejected, unless a very serious reason is provided. In both cases, all refund requests need to pass approval from Los Higos Board Team. Please send your refund request to board@loshigostangomarathon.com, allowing up to 20 days to get a reply as a board meeting needs to take place first.

Unfortunatelly, no. All confirmed participations are personal and cannot be transferred or used by another person for any part of the event. Read more at our terms and conditions page.

Los Higos registration page will always remain active. The reason is that even if the marathon is full, cancellations can and will always occur. Once a cancellation is received, we will pick someone from the waiting list to join the event. Keep in mind that our waiting list is not a first come first served list, so don't feel discouraged to register event if it feels too late.

No. Entrance to the marathon venue is only allowed to confirmed participants who have paid the full marathon. We don't offer day tickets.
